Since our last post on Valentine's Day two years ago, we got married, had three kids, moved to Cleveland, Nic became a teacher and I ran for mayor... Oops - meant that for our No Friggin Way blog...
Yep - we got hitched!! August 7th 2010, downtown Eugene by the fountain, found a plaque which said it was 'The Hitchin' Post' so thought that would be a good spot... It was a semi-elope thing with a Justice of the Peace (a friend), some friends and family... after a few hours of trying to fix the bathtub back at the house (don't ask) we were off to the Cascade Brewers Society annual campout for our honeymoon...
There's just too many details to fill in since the last blog entry, so I'll just pick things up where they are now...
Chickens! We are laying the groundwork to pick up 6 hens next week! Getting two each of 3 different breeds... a friend watching his hens in the backyard said it's like 'Chicken TV', so I figure with this variety of breeds it will be more like 'Color Chicken TV'... hey we be stylin' soon!

We both changed jobs... Nic left Bike Friday to go to work at Burley, and I found a job at McKenzie Willamette Medical Center. Clo even found a part time gig - can you believe that in these hard times ALL THREE of us have jobs? Heck - even Clo's boyfriend Lenny is working...
For the 2nd year, Nic put on an event (this last time at the Oakshire Brewing Company) called Teach a Girl to Brew Day. It made the local news and both of us are now world famous!

We are gearing up for Clo's high school graduation...
We are both looking forward to starting the bike commute very soon... both of us have much more rigorous commutes than last time but we'll ease into it (hopefully)...
